Should you reconsider your choice upon receiving an original artwork, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to inform us. Options include:

Store credit for the full purchase price.

A refund to your original payment method, with a 20% processing fee deducted from the total purchase amount.

For assistance in finding an alternative artwork, our complimentary art advisor is at your service to help you discover the ideal piece.

If the original artwork arrives damaged or is misrepresented, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipments must be coordinated through Jo Maria Studio, using the original packaging and including all accompanying certificates from the order.

Refunds will be processed based on the exchange rate at the time, remitted in GBP.

Originals

Delivery timelines for original artworks and limited edition prints typically range from eleven (11) to fourteen (14) business days after the order is placed. The specific duration depends on the artwork's origin, destination, and any customs clearance required for international shipments. Following shipping, the artwork generally reaches the buyer within seven (7) to ten (10) business days, barring any delays due to customs processes.

Unframed Prints

Unframed prints, dispatched from the U.K., are shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days from order placement. If the buyer resides in the U.K., the print is anticipated to arrive within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the shipping date. International buyers should note that delivery times vary based on the customs requirements of the destination country.

Framed Prints

Framed prints, also shipped from the U.K., typically leave within five (5) to seven (7) business days after the order is placed. U.K. residents can expect their framed print to arrive within ten (10) to twelve (12) business days from the shipping date. International buyers should consider that delivery speed is contingent on the customs requirements of the destination country.

Common Reasons for Delivery Delays

Instances of severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen major events in the buyer's area may lead to package delays. In such cases, an additional 2 - 3 business days should be considered in the estimated delivery date. Additionally, some countries may experience a customs-clearing process lasting up to 30 days; it is advisable to review the international shipping policies of the respective government for detailed information.
